1. Online Payment with Credit/Debit Cards
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta) and PayPal. WorldPay supports the 'Verified by Visa' and 'Mastercard Securecode' systems for extra security when making payment over the Internet.
2. Payment with Credit/Debit Cards over the Telephone
If you would prefer you can pay by credit/debit card over the telephone, simply choose the 'pay by telephone' option at the checkout, then call us on:

3. Payment by Cheque or Postal Order
We also accept cheques made out to The Quilted Bear. After filling in your address details, choose the 'pay by cheque' option, and send a cheque to the address shown. We will despatch your order after we receive and clear your cheque.

How long will it take to arrive?
We endeavour to send all paid orders within 24 hours, but you should allow up to 28 working days for delivery.

Can I return an item?
If you change your mind about your order, for any reason, it can be cancelled for a refund within 7 working days of the date of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us, or telephone us.
Please note: we do not refund any delivery charges.
Products must be returned in their original condition to the address given in our Contact Details. You must ensure that the goods are packaged properly to protect against damage. We recommend proof of postage be obtained on any returned parcel. The Quilted Bear will not issue credit for returned merchandise which has been damaged in transit. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed, and should contact the delivery company.

What if an item arrives damaged?
We endeavour to ensure that all orders are received in perfect condition, which is why we send all packages by recorded / insured delivery.
