We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, and PayPal payment, over the Internet.
You may also give us your credit card information via phone or by mail.
We also except Cheques or cash payments.
Shipping & Handling
Postage and Packing (shipping) charges are based on order value and delivery zone.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days.
But you must allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
You must inform us within 7 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
International orders are dependant upon the shipment method agreed by quotation.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be notified by e-mail or by phone, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, or substituting for a different item.
Tax Charges
VAT is charged at the standard rate applicable when the order is placed.

To give you total piece of mind, all credit card details are managed by the RBS WorldPay encrypted payment gateway.

We do not disclose your information to third parties, other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund.
We do not refund postage charges.Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods to us.
Goods returned must be in their original packaging, and in selling condition.
You can now recycle your old electricals with us.
If you’re buying a new electrical item, we will recycle your old one for free.
Why recycle?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
We can help
We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.
We offer our customers a free 'Take Back' on their old electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). This is done on a like-for-like basis. For example, if a customer purchases a light from us they can only return an old light back to us. The customer has 28 days in which to return the old item to us. If the item was purchased online, the customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred returning it to us.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
